Our Trauma Pads are SAPI 10" x 12" to fit all standard plate carriers and vests. Made of 1050D durable polyester with micro-cellular urethane foam padding, can be machined washed.

Trauma pads are designed to be worn in conjunction with and behind body armor to reduce the amount of energy transferred to your body, reducing felt energy through your armor and mitigating backface deformation.

Trauma pads offer NO ballistic protection.
